Private Personal Training
If you are working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching without the company of a group class, we offer full service private personal training programs. CrossFit is now recognized as one of the most popular and effective training programs in the industry. Our members have began at the bottom and through hard work and dedication they have achieved fitness levels once thought long gone.
Your program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history and goals. The assessment phase may take one or several sessions during which your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and any limitations. Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.
Our programming will develop the following goals,
-Lean muscle gain
-Improved body composition
-A progressive improvement of CrossFit’s 10 Physical Skills of Fitness – Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy
-Overall body strength development

What’s Included In A Personal Training Program?
- Private personal training sessions ranging from 2-4 days per week
- Custom training program tailored to your needs and ability
- Body composition analysis and nutritional counseling
- Each 1 hour class consists of a Warm up, a Strength program designed just for you , CrossFit style workouts based off of your fitness level, Post workout cool down and mobility work
- Telephone and email coaching support
We have package pricing for once a week up to 4 times per week training.
