This class is geared toward the 50+ population who are in need of a structured program taught by a Licensed Health Professional and Functional Fitness Coach.
The focus of this program is to teach functional fitness in an at-home, online environment. This class will build confidence in basic life activities from getting off the floor to climbing stairs to playing with the grandchildren. We will focus on safe movement, increasing mobility, and building strength.

Our coaches will lead you every step of the way with virtual classes (3x weekly) and with our one-of-a-kind Personal Training App. You can move at your own pace, on your own schedule, and within the comfort of your home. This class will move at a slower pace and perfect for any fitness level.
