This class is part of our Kick Start Program.  A course to put together for those who are READY to for a change but could use help getting started.

This circuit style class uses bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, rowers, airbikes, battleropes and NO BARBELLS to deliver a calorie burning routine that you won’t soon forget. You’ll target the upper body, lower body and your core for a complete full body workout!

Your metabolism will be put into overdrive and burn calories for up to 48 hours AFTER each session!

Upon entering the class you will meet with one of our coaches to learn how to do each movement we'll use in class.


Don’t think your ready for it? YOU ARE! Each class uses interval based work/rest periods, allowing you to go at your own pace!  Our coaches are here to help teach and modify any movements.
