Your interest in CrossFit Rocksolid has been peaked, so now what do you do? It is very easy to get started. We want to emphasize that CrossFit Rock Solid is for everyone, no matter what your background or fitness level we have a program for YOU! All we expect is an open mind, a positive attitude, and a commitment to a healthier you.

We have three group programs here at Rock Solid.

CrossFit, JUST MOVE! (No barbell-Hiit Style classes) and our 60+ Legendary Masters class (Functional Fitness for everyday life).

 

We also offer Personal Training and Nutritional counceling.

 

If you are interested in learning more and seeing what it is all about, all you need to do is call, e-mail or schedule a consultation. There is no pressure or no hard sales. What to expect next...

 

  • FREE TRIAL WEEK (Experienced CrossFitters ONLY)
    Come on in, take a quick tour and jump into a week of classes on us before you join

  • FUNDAMENTALS (mandatory)
    These four 60 minute personal training sessions can be completed around your schedule. You'll learn the fundamental movements used here at CFRS. This course also teaches our athletes to use proper form,
    execute full range of motion and how/when to scale a workout. You will also be introduced to the theories and practices used at our gym. Completion of these sessions will prepare a new member for our group classes.

  • REGULAR CLASSES
    After completing fundamentals, new members then join in any of the scheduled “regular” classes. A typical class will start with a dynamic warm-up, some strength or skill work and then the daily WOD (Workout of the Day). Each class is held in a group setting as our members motivate and support each other. Everyday we schedule a different workout (WOD), which has been created by utilizing constantly varied functional exercise. The exercises, the order, the load, the volume, and the time component will change with every workout. This will allow you to maximize results and keep you from becoming conditioned to the same routine. We lift heavy and we lift light. We have workouts that require maxium intensity and others that are paced. We use bodyweight, kettlebells, tires, dumbbells and free weights in many workouts. We'll run, jump, bike, and row as well. This style of program will equip you with a fitness level that allows you to tackle everyday life.
