Your program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history and goals. The assessment phase may take one or several sessions during which your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and any limitations. Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.
Our programming will develop the following goals,
-Lean muscle gain
-Improved body composition
-A progressive improvement of 10 skills of fitness – Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy

What’s Included In A Personal Training Program?
Private personal training sessions ranging from 2-4 days per week
Custom training program tailored to your needs and ability
Body composition analysis and nutritional counseling
Each 1-hour class consists of a Warm-up, a Strength program designed just for you, workouts for your fitness level, Post workout cool down and mobility work
Telephone and email coaching support
